All products sold on EmjayDepot.com are hemp-derived and federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. We do not sell regulated cannabis products.
We do not ship to any state or locality where hemp-derived cannabinoids are prohibited. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws before placing an order.
3. Orders & Payment

5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@emjaydepot.com. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. See our Return Policy for more info.
