Shipping policy

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow additional processing time during peak periods or product launches.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method at checkout. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state regulations, we do not ship hemp-derived THC products to the following states: Alabama, Louisiana, Colorado, and; Washington State.

Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from EmjayDepot.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request ID verification and cancel orders if age compliance cannot be confirmed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Emjay Depot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after confirmed delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order is lost in transit before delivery, contact shop@emjaydepot.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of delivery at shop@emjaydepot.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
