Who the hell is Emjay Depot?
We’re your go-to smart shop for cannabis and botanical products that actually work and taste good. We curate the good stuff, cut the crap, and only sell brands we’d use ourselves.
Are your products legit?
Yeah, every product we sell is vetted for quality, safety, and consistency. That means clean ingredients, tested potency, and third-party lab results. If it’s on Emjay Depot, it passed the vibe check and the lab test.
Will I get too high?
Not if you listen to your own body. We carry everything from microdose-friendly gummies and beverages to “buckle up” edibles. Every product page tells you exactly how much THC is inside and what you can expect. Start low, go slow, and remember you can always take more, you can’t take less.
Shipping questions
Do you ship hemp products to my state?
We ship hemp products almost everywhere in the U.S., but there are a few states where we legally can’t — Colorado, Louisiana, Washington State, and Alabama. If you’re in one of those states, we can’t send you hemp products (yet).
For everywhere else, we follow all applicable state and federal laws. Just make sure it’s legal where you live before ordering.
Why can’t you ship to those states?
It’s not us, it’s the law. Every state has its own rules about hemp-derived products. If your state changes the rules, we’ll change ours.
How fast will I get my order?
Most orders land in your hands within 3–5 business days. We move fast, but shipping times can depend on where you live and what you order. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get tracking info so you can stalk your package in real time.
Returns questions
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of getting your package and we’ll make it right — replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Because these are consumable products, we can’t take back anything that’s been opened or used unless there’s a clear quality issue. If you’re unsure about a product before you order, check the reviews or reach out to us — we’ll give it to you straight.
How do I start a return?
Email us at shop@emjaydepot.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a quick note about the issue. We’ll get you sorted fast.
