All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on any consumable goods, including hemp-derived products such as beverages, gummies, tinctures, or vapes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@emjaydepot.com with the following:

A brief description of the issue
If eligible, we will issue a replacement item or store credit. Refunds may be offered at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Emjay Depot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered. We recommend contacting the carrier directly if your package is missing after delivery.
